Will Print Go Out Of Style? I'm pretty sure everyone has heard this discussion before. The internet is taking over everything. Even newspapers, one of the most well known forms of print media, is moving online. Soon, we won't have any use for paper.  But is that true? Personally, I don't think so. While digital media is becoming far more common and widespread, it is unlikely for print to just up and vanish. For one thing, print media is easier to read than digital. I know for a fact that reading on a screen for too long can cause both sore eyes and headaches. Not a fun experience. Not only that, but some people just prefer print. They prefer to have a book or a paper in their hands to read. The same thing has happened with vinyl records. While it is true that digital downloads and streaming are more popular by a large margin, there is still a market for people who like vinyl records.  And just like vinyl, I believe that print will persist. Transmedia Storytelling Transmedia storytelling has become one of my favorite methods of storytelling in recent years. With the meteoric rise of popularity of properties such as the MCU, it's also an easy method of storytelling to spot. But one of the best things about transmedia is how it affects consumers.  For one thing, it has allowed for deeper connections for fans with the stories they love. If a fan isn't satisfied simply by seeing a movie, then they have other options. They can find a video game to play, a comic to read, or a sequel to continue the story.  Another good thing about transmedia storytelling is that it gives fan the inspiration to make their own content. If you look on Youtube, it's not hard to find a fan video of some sort. HOW WEIRD CAN WE GET? If one were to subscribe to the DC Comics Streaming Service, one of the original series one could see is one called Doom Patrol. It is a superhero show, but it is also a very weird show. Let's start with the premise. The main characters are a man's brain in a robot body, a scarred and bandaged man with an alien spirit living in him, a woman who turns into goo when she feels negative emotions, and a girl with 64 split personalities, each with their own powers. The main villain is a fourth-wall-breaking jokester who controls plot and narration. These are just the characters. In the show itself, things get weirder. The first episode ends with a donkey farting a message into the sky . Episode seven has a rat hijacking a robot to avenge his mother. Episode 13 has an army of man-eating butts (I'm not kidding). And the most recent episode, 14, has Flex Mentallo, a character who can change reality by flexing his muscles, cause a city-wide mass

Grammar If there is one thing I hate to find online, even in anything I have a part in making, is spelling errors. It just bothers me. Simple typos I can forgive and move on from. As mentioned before, simple spelling errors don't really bother me. But If every other word in every sentence is misspelled, then I get really annoyed. If there is no sense of grammar of punctuation, then I get pretty mad. I also feel a sense of disappointment. Online, the possibility exists for everyone to have their voice heard. For everyone to be able to share their opinion with people around the world. But if online writing is misspelled, then no one will take you seriously. You could have one the greatest ideas in the history of mankind, but no will hear it if they can't read it. Basically, to every person online I say this: Learn to spell. 

CYBER BULLYING Cyber bullying is a serious problem with a serious lack of easy solutions. The thing is, it is hard to stop people from doing things online. The internet is seen as the ultimate landscape of freedom. People can go online and say what they really think. And because what they say is public, it can reach a mass audience, making their words have a larger impact. Whenever that freedom is threatened, people tend to react negatively. The thing is, just because people can have an impact online, that doesn't mean that the impact will be a positive one. People can (supposedly) say whatever they want online, and they don't always have nice things to say. Some of the things said online can be so bad that suicide and self harm are recorded consequences of online harassment. Are there ways to combat this? Yes. The first thing that needs to be done is to teach people, especially young people that their words have consequences. They need to know how to control themselve
